Technical Engineer

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Engineer to join a dynamic team working on a prestigious mixed-use development project in Dubai, featuring high-rise towers and luxury villas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve all shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Provide daily on-site technical supervision and coordination for high-rise and villa construction activities.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with consultants (architects, structural, MEP engineers), main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Implement and monitor strict Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures, conducting regular site inspections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including inspection reports, requests for information (RFIs), and daily logs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Engineer, specifically on high-rise building and luxury villa projects in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and permit processes is essential.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, QA/QC protocols, and health & safety standards.
