Engineer - Plumbing

Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech - Mechanical engineering.

Experience:

• 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in High rise buildings.
• Good Expertise in water supply, Drainage& firefighting systems
• Aware of local authority regulations, Plumbing/Fire protection codes material, equipment selections.
• Effective communication Skills, while dealing with consultants/Clients/ Main Contractor.
• Able to independently handle site team execution, prepare labour histogram, cash flow requirements, prepare monthly billing and resource planning for timely completion of project.
