Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, 3D designs, and technical drawings for various projects, including residential villas, commercial spaces, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and concepts based on project requirements
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings using tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Lumion
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design proposals
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations
• Modify and improve designs based on feedback
• Conduct site visits when required to ensure design accuracy
• Assist in interior design planning, including furniture layouts and material selection

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, and/or Revit
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or construction companies
• Knowledge of interior design and space planning
• Familiarity with Pakistani building regulations and approval processes
