Architect Drawings Engineer (2D)

We’re seeking an experienced Architectural / MEP / Structural Designer with strong expertise in U.S. residential and commercial projects and multi-state building code compliance. If you’re detail-oriented and comfortable working across disciplines, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the U.S. design industry
• Proven experience in residential and commercial buildings
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes across multiple states

(IBC, IRC, NEC, state & local amendments)

• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Revit (Is a Plus)
• SketchUp (Is a Plus)
• 3ds Max (Is a Plus)
• Ability to produce accurate 2D construction and permit drawings
• Experience coordinating architectural, MEP, and structural drawings
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural, MEP, and structural drawings compliant with state and local codes
• Develop complete permit and construction document sets
• Coordinate designs across multiple disciplines and jurisdictions
• Revise drawings based on review comments and regulatory requirements

Plus / Preferred Skills

• Ability to create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations
• Experience with projects across multiple U.S. states
• Familiarity with AHJ requirements and permit review processes

Work Timing/ Location

• Location: Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore
• Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
