Architect (Dubai Municipality Submissions & Revit)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with strong experience in Dubai Municipality (DM) online submissions and advanced proficiency in Revit. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling authority approvals and preparing accurate technical drawings in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, develop, and modify architectural drawings using Revit (BIM-based workflow).
• Manage and submit building permit applications through the Dubai Municipality Portal.
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities to obtain approvals and NOCs.
• Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Building Code, local regulations, and authority requirements.
• Prepare preliminary drawings, detailed drawings, and submission packages.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Revise drawings based on authority comments and resubmit as required.
• Maintain organized documentation and tracking of submissions.
