Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect at BINAA Engineering Consultancy, located in Muscat. The selected candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural designs, ensuring that projects align with client requirements and regulatory standards. They will collaborate with various teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into cohesive designs. The role demands active participation in project management, overseeing milestones to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and aesthetic excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with the ability to create functional and visually compelling spaces.
• Experience in Project Management, including oversight and coordination to meet timelines and project objectives.
• Understanding of Software Development, particularly architecture-specific design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Skills in System Integration to seamlessly incorporate various design and engineering disciplines into unified projects.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, codes, and standards applicable to architectural projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a focus on sustainable design approaches.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, and licensure as an architect is preferred.
• Previous experience in consulting or large-scale projects will be an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Pay: RO350.000 per month
