HVAC Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit site and prepare Design systems and perform ​load calculations for Industrial and Commercial HVAC applications.
• Coordinate with HVAC site team and suppliers for on site continuous workflow.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and other documents to understand the scope​ of work and required deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive and accurate estimates.
• Analyze and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Utilize estimation software and tools to streamline the estimation process and improve accuracy.
• Perform AHU , Rotary Equipment maintenance and ductwork rework engineering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in HVAC industrial Ducts and Rotary Equipment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC estimation, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
