SALES & APPLICATION ENGINEER (HVAC)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Application Engineer (HVAC) with strong experience in DX systems and commercial projects. The role involves driving sales growth, managing client relationships, preparing technical proposals, and supporting project execution from inquiry to handover.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in HVAC projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Technical & Application Support

  • Perform HVAC system selection (DX systems) based on project requirements
  • Prepare technical proposals, submittals (MAS), and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with project and client requirements

Tendering & Proposals

  • Handle tender documentation, BOQs, and quotations
  • Prepare competitive and accurate cost estimates
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and technical inputs

Negotiation & Order Finalization

  • Lead commercial negotiations with clients
  • Finalize orders and contracts
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams
  • Support project handover and ensure client satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically in DX systems and commercial projects
  • Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong experience in proposal preparation, technical submissions, and tender handling
  • Hands-on knowledge of HVAC product selection and technical specifications
  • Experience in negotiation, order finalization, and project handover

Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Prior experience in GCC / Oman market
  • Valid driving licens
