Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Architect Engineer (G+4 Consultant Approved) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural design, approvals, and site coordination within the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
• Review and ensure compliance of drawings with local regulations and project requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate with site teams to ensure design implementation.
• Prepare submission drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support to the construction team.
• Work closely with MEP and structural teams for design coordination.

Requirements:

• Must be G+4 Consultant Approved in Dubai.
• Minimum 4–5 years of Gulf experience in architectural and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approval processes.
• Experience working with construction companies is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Dubai Driving License is mandatory.
