Architect Engineer – High-End Fit-Out

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Architect Engineer to translate refined design concepts into flawlessly executed high-end interior environments. You will be the technical custodian of the design intent ,bridging creative vision and on-site reality across luxury fit-out projects where precision, materiality, and craftsmanship define success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural drawings, technical details, and shop drawings to ensure full alignment with design intent and project specifications.
• Produce and coordinate construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery and finishing details.
• Liaise with designers, MEP engineers, and specialist consultants to integrate all disciplines seamlessly.
• Support the site team in interpreting drawings, resolving technical queries (RFIs), and proposing practical solutions without compromising design quality.
• Review submittals, material samples, and mock-ups for compliance with specifications and brand standards.
• Monitor progress against the design program and flag any deviation from drawings or specifications.
• Ensure all works comply with local building regulations, authority requirements, and international design standards.
• Conduct site visits to verify execution quality, finishing standards, and adherence to approved drawings.
• Maintain accurate records of revisions, approvals, and design changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in architecture or interior fit-out, ideally on luxury, hospitality, or high-end commercial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of materials, finishes, joinery, and FF&E coordination.
• Excellent technical drawing, detailing, and problem-solving skills.
