Architect Engineer – Municipality Approval Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Engineer to join our team, with a strong background in handling municipality submissions, following up on comments, and preparing professional responses.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a consultancy dealing directly with municipality projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on municipality comments and requirements
• Prepare and submit technical responses and revised drawings
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and submission records

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a consultancy environment
• Strong knowledge of municipality procedures and building regulations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple submissions
