Job Title: Female Mid-Level Architect

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural design and project implementation, capable of working independently while collaborating closely with other architects, designers, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and development of architectural concepts, plans, and models for various projects.
• Support senior architects with conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and project documentation.
• Prepare 3D models, renderings, and design presentations to effectively communicate ideas.
• Collaborate and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other design professionals.
• Research and apply relevant building codes, construction materials, and design methods.
• Conduct site visits and attend meetings to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Translate sketches and concepts into precise working drawings.
• Develop and produce complete drawing packages across various project stages.
• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and specification documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Solid knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant academic or professional work is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced 3D rendering tools (e.g., Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray).
• Strong ability to produce detailed working drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Asana, or similar).
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Office Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
