Villa Renovation Projects Location: Dubai,
We are currently seeking skilled and adaptable civil engineers and architects to join our dynamic team. If you have expertise in villa construction, interior renovation, and exterior renovation projects, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and oversee the project schedule, ensuring milestones are met on time.

• Site Supervision: Monitor construction activities, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and work is carried out according to plans and specifications.

• Resource Management: Manage labor, materials, and equipment required for the renovation, ensuring efficient use and timely delivery.

• Budget Control: Track project expenses, ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations on-site, ensuring the team adheres to all safety protocols and policies.

• Communication: Regularly update clients and management on progress, addressing any issues or concerns.

• Problem-Solving: Identify and address any on-site challenges or issues that may arise during the renovation process.

• Quality Control: Ensure that all renovation works meet the required quality standards and specifications.

• Permits & Legal Compliance: Ensure all necessary permits are obtained, and that the project complies with local building codes and regulations.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of project progress, daily reports, and any changes made to the initial plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in villa construction, interior renovation, or exterior renovation projects.
• Strong proficiency in preparing estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client discussions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Additional Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to travel within Dubai to meet with clients and inspect project sites.
• Strong network within the real estate and construction industry in Dubai is highly desirable.
