Architect (Fit out project)

We are seeking a qualified Architect with a strong background in interior fit-out contracting. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Saudi Arabia, available to join immediately, and have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination, technical detailing, and site execution within the fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and study all Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and other related technical documents.
• Identify and raise Requests for Information (RFIs) for any discrepancies, missing details, or unclear information in design documentation.
• Coordinate consistently with Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and internal teams including Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, Planning, Technical, and Procurement.
• Assist in the preparation of shop drawings based on IFC drawings and incorporate resolutions for issues to be submitted for consultant approval.
• Review and verify shop drawings submitted by the internal design team, suppliers, or subcontractors.
• Collaborate closely with the Construction (Site) Team to assess actual site conditions that may impact design implementation and construction sequencing.
• Propose alternative design or construction solutions in cases where the original design is not feasible or practical.
• Monitor, track, and update the status of shop drawings and all related design and technical submittals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural roles within fit-out contracting (not consultancy).
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia and able to join immediately.
• Proven experience in fit-out projects, with strong technical and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with shop drawing preparation, consultant coordination, and construction site conditions.
• Proficient in interpreting IFC drawings and related technical documents.
