Job Title: Architect – Hospitality & International Projects

Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi (with travel as required)

Experience Required: 8–10 years (preferably in Hospitality / Hotel Projects & International Client Handling)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of coordination between consultants, project teams, and clients (domestic & international).
• Oversee design development, drawings review, and ensure alignment with project vision and brand guidelines.
• Manage coordination between structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
• Support project teams during various stages of hospitality and hotel projects (concept to execution).
• Ensure adherence to international standards, local regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct site visits and travel for project meetings, coordination, and execution as required.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and design documentation for client communication.
• Work closely with senior leadership for project progress, quality control, and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or luxury projects is mandatory.
• Strong background in dealing with international clients and multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM workflow is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently for project-related requirements.
• Strong problem-solving attitude, client handling ability, and detail-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
