Role Purpose:
Design scalable and secure ServiceNow CSM architecture aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Define technical architecture for CSM implementation and integrations.
Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance.
Provide guidance on best practices for data migration and knowledge management.
Evaluate new ServiceNow features for adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

8- 12 years in IT architecture and ServiceNow.
Expertise in CSM, CMDB, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP).
ServiceNow Certified System Architect preferred.
