Job Title: SAP FICO Architect

Experience: 8+ years
Location: Any UST India Location
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end setup of new Company Codes in SAP, including configuration of organizational units and related elements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance and modules like OTC (Order to Cash) and MM (Materials Management)

• Perform functional tasks including process definition, detailed requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and deployment

• Document and execute functional unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes

• Support cutover planning, mock runs, and post-go-live stabilization for financial processes

• Work closely with US-based teams and ensure timely communication and delivery of assigned tasks

Must-Have

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO

• Proven expertise in Company Code creation and related configurations

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Tax configurations

• Experience integrating SAP Finance with modules like OTC and MM

• Prior experience working with US-based stakeholders and ability to work in IST evening shifts

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with both business and technical teams

Good-to-Have

• Experience supporting SAP Finance projects in a fast-paced, global enterprise environment

• Strong documentation skills for functional specifications and test scenarios

• Understanding of financial cutover activities and system stabilization best practices
