Architect & Interior Designer

Architect - Interior Fit Out

We are looking for a creative, innovative and detail-oriented Architect to manage interior fit-out project and ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering/Interior Design with an industry experience of a minimum of 3 years in Interior Fit-out/Architectural practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager./ reports to the Owner
• Manage the architectural design ensuring that projects are subjected to the required due diligence to ensure consistent quality
• Liaise and integrate with all relevant engineering disciplines to ensure that the design meets the project quality, budget and time requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree & Experience in Architectural design and detailing (interior design, products and finishes etc.) in the UAE or Philippines
• Strong knowledge in - AutoCAD, Sketchup and Lumion / any rendering software
• Strong creative design and construction management background
• Financial knowledge including budget setting and monitoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
