Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer with 6+ years of professional experienceto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work across both new construction and remodeling projects — leading interior design development, preparing architectural drawings, and coordinating details from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design for new construction projects, including layout development, finish selections, and interior detailing.
• Prepare architectural and interior drawings for remodeling projects, additions, and renovations.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure design intent is executed accurately on-site.
• Create 2D and 3D visual presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design tools.
• Review plans and make adjustments to meet aesthetic, functional, and structural goals.
• Maintain organized project documentation and communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Assist in material sourcing, specifications, and coordination with suppliers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architecture and/or interior design (residential experience preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (Revit is a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and residential design standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong eye for design, materials, and spatial composition.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $74,609.52 - $89,852.31 per year
