Architect / Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.

- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to create comprehensive design plans.

- Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and lighting to create a welcoming and safe environment.

- Oversee project progress and provide support during construction phases.

- Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

- Proven experience in architectural and interior design.

- Strong creative skills with excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and accessibility guidelines.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
