Architect / Interior Designer

We Elkin Corp Contr LLC are seeking talented and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, technical expertise, and the ability to translate client needs into functional, visually appealing interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual and detailed interior designs for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure design feasibility and project execution.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes consistent with project objectives.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring design intent is maintained on-site.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in interior design/architecture projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other design software.
• Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and color theory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
