Architect / Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and personable Interior Designer or Architect who not only understands design, materials, and space planning, but also enjoys guiding people in visualizing and building their dream homes. This hybrid role combines creative design knowledge with a strong client-facing presence. You will work closely with the Business Development team at our new Exohom Experience Center to help convert leads into happy customers using your technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and a drive to grow in both design and sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage with walk-in clients and understand their interior design and furnishing needs.

· Advise clients on space planning, design direction, and material selection based on lifestyle and budget.

· Support the Business Development team in closing deals through technical guidance and creative input.

· Prepare basic design briefs, material suggestions, and collaborate with the design team as needed.

· Follow up with clients, attend meetings, and assist in client onboarding and project briefing.

· Stay updated with interior trends, finishes, furnishing styles, and luxury living concepts.

· Maintain a warm, professional, and brand-aligned presence at the experience center.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior design, client advisory, or design consulting.

· Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furnishings, and layout planning.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident speaking to clients.

· Proficient in design discussions; basic tools knowledge like AutoCAD/SketchUp is a plus.

· Ambitious, self-driven, and eager to learn both design and client engagement.

· Passionate about interiors and helping people turn their visions into reality.
