Architect & Interior Designer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Project Architect / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client requirements, preparing concept designs, working drawings, and coordinating with vendors and site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client briefs and translate them into design concepts.

Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for project execution.

Ensure designs comply with local regulations and standards.

Assist in procurement, costing, and BOQ preparation as required.

Maintain documentation and reporting for ongoing projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

1–3 years of relevant experience in interior design or project execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3ds Max, Lumion, or other 3D design software.

Strong communication and client handling skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
