Architect (Interior Designer)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 7+ years of experience

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of fit-out detailing, construction methods, and interior materials.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and rendering software.
• Project management, time management, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.

Client Management:

• Conduct meetings to understand requirements and manage approvals.
• Present designs and revisions professionally.

Design & Concept Development:

• Develop creative interior design concepts, space planning, and layouts.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and branding guidelines.

Technical Documentation:

• Produce detailed architectural drawings: layouts, ceilings, joinery, sections, elevations, shop drawings.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and review contractor submissions.

Material & Vendor Management:

• Source and evaluate materials, furniture, and fixtures.
• Ensure cost-effective selections without compromising design.

Project Coordination & Site Supervision:

• Coordinate with MEP, structural engineers, contractors, suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, ensure quality standards.
• Supervise fit-out works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, finishing).
• Prepare snag lists and ensure rectifications are completed.
