INTERIOR DESIGNER / ARCHITECT – F&B CONCEPTS

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer / Architect who is passionate about hospitality design and driven to translate creative concepts into beautiful, functional, and commercially successful environments.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design sensibility with technical precision, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate L’ETO’s brand identity into innovative and cohesive design concepts
• Contribute to the evolution of signature café and restaurant aesthetics
• Develop mood boards, layouts, and visual presentations for new concepts and refurbishments
• Design highly efficient layouts tailored to F&B operations
• (kitchens, bars, service flow, guest circulation)
• Produce detailed architectural and interior drawings (plans, elevations, sections)
• Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other 3D software to visualize concepts
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
• Ensure consistency in brand look & feel across all locations
• Balance creativity with durability, cost-efficiency, and operational practicality
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Support multi-site rollouts and expansion projects
• Maintain strict adherence to design guidelines and brand standards
• Ensure final execution reflects the intended design vision and quality expectations

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (additional 3D/design software is a plus)
• Strong understanding of F&B workflows, especially café/restaurant layouts
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior detailing
• Detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
