About the Role
Luxakari is building a premium real estate, hospitality, serviced residences, concierge and lifestyle ecosystem across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, supported by ShaikhTech’s digital twin, 3D visualization and proptech capabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Architect / Interior Designer to develop premium interior design solutions across residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate combines strong design taste, technical detailing, FF&E knowledge, fit-out coordination and modern AI-assisted design workflows to deliver high-quality, practical and brand-aligned design output.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural and interior design drawings that communicate design intent and execution requirements.
• Create space planning, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, flooring plans, wall elevations and interior packages.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards and design direction presentations across different styles and project concepts.
• Use AI-generated furniture, lifestyle and interior visuals to support high-quality presentations and client-facing concepts.
• Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, joinery details and technical interior design documentation.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, accessories, joinery finishes and FF&E items aligned with budget and brand.
• Prepare FF&E schedules and support BOQ, cost coordination and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams; monitor fit-out progress through handover.

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray / Corona and Adobe design tools.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, joinery, FF&E and procurement coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, technical detailing, working drawings and shop drawing review.
• Ability to create clean, modern, premium and commercially practical design solutions for residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
• Strong presentation, organization and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Revit and Saudi / GCC experience preferred; strong English communication skills required, Arabic is a plus.

AI & Modern Design Workflow

Experience with AI-assisted design workflows is strongly preferred, including ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Figma AI, Runway, Gemini image tools and other emerging visualization platforms. AI tools should support ideation, mood boards, interior visualization, furniture concepts, lifestyle imagery and productivity while final output remains accurate, practical, premium and brand-aligned

Portfolio Requirement

A strong portfolio is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio link, Behance, personal website, PDF portfolio or design samples will not be considered. Portfolio should show interior design concepts, architectural drawings, mood boards, space planning, material selections, FF&E documentation, technical details, residential or hospitality projects and premium presentation quality.
