Architect | Interior Designer | Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman (2D) with strong expertise in SketchUp and Lumion rendering. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of architectural design and interior designing concepts, and be capable of converting ideas into high-quality drawings and realistic visualizations.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about architecture, design detailing, and creating visually appealing presentations for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate 2D drawings in AutoCAD including:
• Floor plans
• Elevations
• Sections
• Working drawings
• Develop 3D models in SketchUp based on project requirements
• Produce high-quality realistic renders using Lumion
• Interpret architectural and interior design concepts into technical drawings
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients
• Modify and revise drawings based on feedback
• Ensure all drawings meet local building standards and site requirements
• Maintain organized project files and documentation

Required Skills

• Strong command of AutoCAD (2D drafting)
• Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling
• Experience with Lumion for rendering
• Good understanding of:
• Architectural planning
• Interior design layouts
• Space planning and detailing
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Creative thinking for design visualization

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience working on residential (3, 5, 10 marla houses) and commercial projects
• Knowledge of Pakistani construction standards is a plus
