Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect specializing in Interior Fit-out & Renovations to manage end-to-end design, coordination, and execution of fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, site experience, and the ability to handle high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for interior fit-out and renovation projects
• Prepare shop drawings, material specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and approvals
• Conduct site inspections and supervise execution to ensure design intent is maintained
• Provide technical support to estimation and project teams
• Review and approve materials, finishes, and mock-ups
• Manage project timelines, quality standards, and design deliverables
• Resolve design and site-related issues efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 6+ years UAE experience in interior fit-out and renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing
• Experience in handling high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office
• Strong understanding of UAE authority approvals and regulations
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

Additional Requirements

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
• Own Car (Preferred)
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
