Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Architect/ Junior Architect with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in architectural design, working drawings, and project coordination. The candidate should be capable of handling projects independently under guidance and ensuring timely delivery of drawings and documentation.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and practical site exposure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design & Drawings

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings (concept, schematic, GFC, and working drawings)
• Develop layout plans, elevation drawings, sections, and detailing
• Prepare 3D views and presentation drawings when required
• Ensure design feasibility as per site conditions

2. Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Resolve design and drawing-related site queries
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress
• Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings

3. Approvals & Compliance

• Prepare drawings for statutory approvals
• Ensure compliance with local building by-laws and development norms
• Assist in documentation required for authority submissions

4. Documentation & Control

• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation records
• Assist in BOQ preparation and material specifications
• Support tender documentation when required

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / Lumion / 3D modeling tools
• Understanding of building codes and construction practices
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Council of Architecture registration preferred

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential / commercial / mixed-use projects
• Exposure to real estate developer environment is an advantage
• Practical site execution exposure preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
