Architect - PMO

Company Description
Eco Archs, established in 2018 and headquartered in Riyadh, is an engineering consultancy firm specializing in design and supervision services across Saudi Arabia. Our portfolio consists primarily of governmental projects with national entities.
Currently, Eco Archs has been appointed as the official consultant to establish and operate the Design Studio in Hail under the patronage of the Development Authorities Support Center (DASC).

Role Description
This is a full-time, office-based role for an Architect with strong PMO and project coordination experience. There are two vacancies: one in Riyadh and one in Hail. The ideal candidate combines architectural knowledge with managerial skills and can oversee tasks, timelines, and reporting to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience in PMO or project management roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project-tracking tools
• Expertise in program and project management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on project tasks, deliverables, and milestones
• Prepare and present reports and presentations for management and clients
• Coordinate between design, site, and management teams
• Support planning, documentation, and performance monitoring within the PMO framework
