In this strategic position, you will oversee the development of the infrastructure necessary for hosting large-scale festivals and events, ensuring that our facilities are not only functional but also enhance the overall experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects specifically tailored for large festival grounds, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive and tailored infrastructure solutions that support the unique requirements of festival operations.
• Establish strong working relationships with external contractors, event organizers, and government entities to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and ensure optimal use of space and resources.
• Monitor construction progress and adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards, addressing any issues as they arise.
• Implement sustainability practices and innovative technologies in the development of festival infrastructure.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and achievements within set timelines.
• Foster collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in infrastructure development, particularly for large-scale events or festival grounds.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure design principles, event planning logistics, and construction management.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and public presentations.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in construction and infrastructure development is preferred.
