Role & Responsibilities

Developing, organizing and reviewing design plans
-
Ensuring that projects design meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards
-
Determining and scheduling different stages of the design process, in accordance to the client needs.
-
Monitoring the progress of the project design and ascertain whether phases of the process are in compliance with plans and project deadlines
-
Leadership skills,as they are responsible for managing and directing other professionals involved in the project
-
Technical skills, as architectural project managers need to use CADD technology to create plans as part of building information modeling (BIM)
-
Visualization skills

Excellent communication skills

Coordinate with architects and designers
-
Coordinate with different trade consultants (structure, MEP, FLS, traffic)

Attend clients and design team meetings and create comprehensive reports and action lists

Required Skills & Experience
Revit
Microsoft Project or primavera
Proven experience working on big scale projects

Master’s degree in Architecture
-
4+ years of experience
