Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a strong background in design coordination to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all design elements are seamlessly integrated throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure design integrity and adherence to project timelines.
• Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any design-related issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders, showcasing design concepts and project updates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of [5] years of experience in architectural design and coordination, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in India.
