ARCHITECT RELATIONS MANAGER

VitrA Tiles, which has been producing ceramic tiles in its factory in Russia since 2011, has a total annual production capacity of 30 million square meters. VitrA Tiles products are offered for sale in 75 countries, especially in the Turkish and German markets. VitrA Tiles carries the 60 years of expertise of the VitrA brand to all living spaces in the house, especially the bathroom; It also offers products suitable for use in many different areas such as pools, gardens and exteriors. VitrA Tiles, which constantly develops innovative texture and material solutions, sets the trends in surfaces with its new collections every year. VitrA's tiles with the "TSE Double Star" Certificate also hold the first eco-label given by the European Union to a ceramic brand from Turkey. Our production facility in Bozuyuk has been included in the "Global Lighthouse Network", which the World Economic Forum (WEF) selects as the most advanced production facilities in the world and points out as the "production facility of the future".


What Do We Expect From Our New Team Member?


  • Taking actions to regularly follow up professional customers according to determined segmentation and visit frequency.
  • Conducting regular architectural office visits to gather feedback from the field and actively track processes.
  • Developing strategies and projects to become a solution partner for architectural projects for VitrA Karo and Villeroy & Boch brands.
  • Collaborating with Mass Project teams, Regional Managers, Intema Stores, and Export departments to carry out business development activities.
  • Utilizing your existing portfolio to contribute to the CRM tracking system and develop strategies to expand it with new architectural offices.
  • Organizing trainings and events on designated product groups for professional customers, ensuring effective product communication, and taking actions based on feedback.
  • Supporting and ensuring the participation of responsible architectural offices in large-scale communication projects targeted at professional customers.
  • Preparing periodic activity reports and conducting the necessary work to ensure timely submissions.
  • Maintaining updated CRM data and developing new strategies in this regard.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture or related fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience,
  • Advanced proficiency in English,
  • Experienced in managing agencies and coordinating with multiple stakeholders,
  • Strong planning, follow-up, and multitasking abilities,
  • Open to learning, solution-oriented, and a strong team player.
