Architect (Saudi National)

To develop, design, and coordinate architectural projects from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with Saudi building codes, client requirements, and company standards. The Architect will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically sound designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for buildings, villas, commercial spaces, and industrial facilities.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.
• Review and ensure compliance with local regulations, Saudi Building Codes, and authority requirements (e.g., MOMRAH, Civil Defense, Baladiyah).
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams to ensure design integration and constructability.
• Participate in site visits to verify design implementation and resolve architectural issues.
• Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients and management.
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors to review and approve architectural materials and finishes.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, drawings, and revisions.
• Contribute to value engineering by optimizing design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables in accordance with project schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Nationality: Saudi
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience: 2–7 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in construction or contracting firms within Saudi Arabia.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Codes and local authority approval processes.
• Experience in preparing IFC drawings and shop drawings.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic and English.

Preferred:

• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Experience in design-build or EPC projects.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED standards.
