Job Description/Responsibilities:

STRAND is looking for an Architect Staff I - Designer position to join our Dallas, TX office.
Tasks to include but are not limited to:

  • ‘Designer’ is responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and accurately entering inspection data into compliance software systems. This role ensures that projects meet applicable code requirements, generates compliance reports, and uploads finalized documentation for client review in a timely manner. The position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain productivity standards while ensuring accuracy.

Experience Background: Residential, Multifamily, and/or Commercial.

Software skills: All basic graphic skills, but most importantly Revit (BIM).

Work schedule: Mon to Thurs in office and Fridays Remote

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
