Job Purpose:
To lead and oversee the architectural and engineering design process by providing technical direction, ensuring design quality and compliance, and developing innovative, cost-effective design solutions. This role ensures project feasibility through thorough analysis and fosters collaboration to meet project objectives, regulatory standards, and market demands efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide concept design reference to project requirements.

Coordinate and oversee all technical activities related to architectural and engineering projects, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes.

Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand.

Review project design drawings & documents for quality assurance.

Review consultant deliverables.

Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions.

Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

6 - 8 years of experience in relevant position.

Profecint user of Autocad and other related design software.

Excellent command of English language.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
