Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee the architectural and engineering design process by providing technical direction, ensuring design quality and compliance, and developing innovative, cost-effective design solutions. This role ensures project feasibility through thorough analysis and fosters collaboration to meet project objectives, regulatory standards, and market demands efficiently.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide concept design reference to project requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee all technical activities related to architectural and engineering projects, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes.
  • Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand.
  • Review project design drawings & documents for quality assurance.
  • Review consultant deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions.
  • Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in relevant position.
  • Profecint user of Autocad and other related design software.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
