Architect / Technical Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architect / Technical Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8–10 years of experience in architectural design, technical coordination, and project execution — preferably within villa or high-end residential projects. Candidates with UPDA certification are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed architectural and technical drawings.
• Ensure design intent is accurately implemented throughout all project stages.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and site issues.
• Review materials, finishes, and construction details to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct design and technical assessments in line with Qatar construction codes and standards.
• Support site teams with design clarifications, shop drawing reviews, and quality control checks.
• Participate in design and coordination meetings to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Assist in preparing progress and compliance reports as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• UPDA Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in architectural and technical coordination roles in Qatar, preferably in villa or residential projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and coordination software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
