At Modulus Architects & Land Use Planning, Inc., we’re offering the opportunity for talented architects/designers to step into a role where you’ll own your projects from start to finish—managing clients, directing design, and guiding teams. We’re an award-winning commercial architecture and planning firm recognized for our innovative and forward-thinking work in commercial, retail, and mixed-use development across New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, and Colorado.

What You’ll Do

• Take independent ownership of projects, leading design and client relationships.
• Manage multiple projects in a high-energy, collaborative environment.
• Set and track schedules, coordinate subconsultants, and drive profitability.
• Translate design vision into high-quality documents, models, and deliverables.
• Define scope, goals, and outcomes in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Mentor younger staff while developing your own career trajectory.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver on ambitious deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Architecture license not required.
