Architect & Designer - Interior Fit Out

Wahat Alshahama Technical Works LLC is a specialized company that focuses on Fit-Out, Joinery, MEP, Interior Work projects in the United Arab Emirates.

This is currently a full-time role for a Designer, who has in experience in preparing detailed drawings through various software's.

Job Descriptions: -

• Prepare detailed fit-out drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for interior projects.
• Conceptualize and develop design ideas, 3D renders, graphic presentations, and hand sketches.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Review design specifications and client requirements to produce compliant drawing sets.
• Update drawings based on site changes, consultant comments, or client feedback
• Ensure all drawings are prepared in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.
• Maintain drawing records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements: -

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Software Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds max, corona, lumion.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creative design ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
