  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants on projects
  • Mentor and work closely with junior staff to review their work and support their career development
  • Work on multiple projects of varying sizes, providing project management and internal team guidance through every phase of design

  • 10+ years of professional architecture experience, with 4+ years of experience working on commercial, institutional, and/or education projects
  • Professional licensure required
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Newforma
  • Experience in project management including consultant coordination, design and construction document preparation, and field observation through construction administration
  • A desire to work collaboratively with team members in a constructive and engaged manner onsite in our Richmond office
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to listen carefully and analyze information
  • Experience managing/mentoring staff
  • The ability to travel to other Baskervill offices or client project locations as needed

What we offer:

  • Paid parental leave
  • 401K match
  • Short- and long-term disability
  • Volunteerism opportunities and support
  • Paid personal time
  • Paid holiday time
