Architectural 3D Designer & Renderer – Hospitality & Restaurant Design

Position: Architectural 3D Renderer / Designer

Sousa Design Architects, a premier hospitality design firm is looking to fill the in house position of 3D Architectural Renderer / Designer within our architecture and interiors firm. Please note this is not a remote position.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience
• Proficient in Lumion, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit and or Vectorworks
• Passion for Hospitality / Restaurant Design
• Ability to collaborate on a variety of interior Design projects within teams
• Strong presentation and graphics skills
• Self motivated with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
