About the Position

Bin Khalid Group (BKG) is looking for a skilled and imaginative 3D Visualizer to join our Design & Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural and interior visualization, with the ability to transform design concepts into compelling, photorealistic visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and walkthrough animations for architectural and interior design projects.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Create realistic lighting setups, materials, textures, and environmental elements to enhance visual quality.
• Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs with precision and creativity.
• Ensure timely delivery of visualization projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine and improve renderings.
• Stay updated with the latest visualization trends, rendering techniques, and industry-standard software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, Animation, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in architectural and interior visualization.
• Strong command of 3ds Max and SketchUp.
• Experience with Corona Renderer and Adobe Photoshop will be an added advantage.
• In-depth understanding of rendering, lighting, texturing, material creation, and visual composition.
• Strong artistic sense with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
