Architectural Associate, Designer (1-3 Years Experience)

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Associate to work closely with the partners and our team from concept through construction, who is self-motivated, a critical thinker, proactive, a strong team player, has great design skills, and a strong work ethic, and will be part of our team for years to come.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Principals and staff to ensure design intent is carried through all phases]
  • Support project teams through all phases of design and documentation
  • Participate in client meetings and client interactions
  • Assist with schematic design, design development, and construction documents
  • Prepare drawings, models, and presentation materials
  • Assist with detailing, product selection, specifications, sustainability, and code research
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal team members
  • Participate in site visits and construction administration
  • Contribute to a collaborative studio culture

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an architectural firm and high-end residential projects
  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • Excellent design, technical, and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in CAD + BIM; ArchiCAD experience a plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
