Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions is looking for a talented Architectural BIM Modeler with 4–5 years of UAE experience. The candidate must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in BIM modeling for architectural projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing, and documentation
• Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination with MEP and structural teams
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in all project deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural projects
• Coordinate effectively with other disciplines to ensure clash-free models
• Prepare precise shop drawings and as-built documentation
• Ensure models and drawings comply with company and client standards
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and apply revisions as required
• Support project teams with BIM documentation and workflow management
