Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

* Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends

* Lead the development of interior design elements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends

* Oversee the creation of design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively

* Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into projects

* Knowledge of submission drawings for all authorities.

* Oversee all aspects of the design process, from concept development to project completion

* Oversee all aspects of the design process, from Design development to project completion

* Collaborate with project managers and supplier to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall project objectives

* Ensure the highest standards of design quality and creativity are maintained throughout the design process.

* Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful execution of design concepts

* Must be able to do factory inspection and Site visit coordination.

* Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for interior spaces

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture Program.

* Minimum 4-8 years of related experience working in a design studio in a similar position, preferably with a recognized award winning international interior design practice

* Excellent presentation skills

* Hand sketching skills

* AutoCAD -MUST

* Photoshop

* 3D Render - MUST

* Adobe InDesign

* Illustrator
