Architectural BIM Modeler

We are looking for an Architectural BIM Modeler with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in GCC. Candidates who are available in Riyadh, KSA with their own visas, and can join immediately can apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models of building elements to support construction initiatives by working with Architects
• Develop model families (primarily Revit families) for general and project-specific needs
• Work with other modelers, CAD Specialists, and Designers to build/manage model databases, templates, and standard procedures
• Perform quality checks on modeling efforts of others to ensure tools to support upstream engineering or downstream project management
• Investigate and develop methods to use BIM models or software tools to support architecture.
• Preparation of Revit Models as up to LOD 500.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent Degree or Civil Engineering/Architecture.
• 5+ Years of relevant experience in Architectural BIM Models related projects.
• Well-versed in Revit
• Able to complete models and shop drawings in a timely and quality manner.
• Excellent knowledge of Family creation.
