The Architectural Coordination Manager (Municipality) is responsible for managing and coordinating all architectural submissions, approvals, and communications with the Municipality (Baladiya). The role involves ensuring that all project-related documents comply with local regulations, following up with municipal departments, and representing the company in meetings with authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all architectural project submissions to the Municipality (Baladiya).
- Follow up on approvals, comments, and requirements from municipal authorities.
- Attend meetings with Municipality officials and provide necessary clarifications or documentation.
- Ensure all drawings and documents comply with local codes and regulations.
- Liaise with internal design and engineering teams for updates and revisions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of correspondence with authorities.
- Support project teams with UPDA and other authority-related processes.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
- UPDA certified preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Municipality (Baladiya) procedures and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude with good coordination and follow-up skills.
