Architectural Design Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Design Manager with a strong architectural and technical background to lead the design and delivery of our high-end residential and hospitality developments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise alongside design leadership, capable of managing complex architectural projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process, ensuring innovative yet technically robust solutions for luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Provide technical oversight on design details, structural integration, material specifications, and construction feasibility.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and technical compliance.
• Oversee technical reviews, quality control, and adherence to local codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Manage design schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet project milestones and client expectations.
• Prepare and review detailed design documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Lead client presentations, design workshops, and technical coordination meetings.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff, promoting technical excellence and professional growth.
• Stay current with industry standards, construction technologies, and software tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in architectural design management with strong technical proficiency. Must have at least 2 years experience working with a real-estate developer.
• Proven experience in delivering high-end residential and hospitality projects with complex technical requirements.
• Expertise in technical architectural detailing, building systems, materials, and construction processes.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
