EG is currently developing and building homes in several communities across the state with plans to expand and grow regionally. Architectural Designer

The Architectural Designer (AD) works under the supervision of the Architectural Manager and plays a key role in both construction documentation and marketing. The AD is primarily responsible for producing construction documents and architectural marketing materials such as 3D interior virtual tours and ANEWGO interactive floor plans. Additionally, the AD ensures coordination of construction documents with consultants while supporting the development of new product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draw and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical documentation using ArchiCAD
  • Create schematic design documents utilizing 3D modeling software
  • Develop interior 3D marketing visuals and virtual tours
  • Manage ANWEGO interactive floor plans and elevations
  • Coordinate with consultants and integrate information into construction documents

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in architecture is preferred but not required. Minimum 2 years of professional experience necessary.

· Prior office experience, knowledge of residential construction and ArchiCAD are essential (2 years plus). Samples of private residential construction documents you have previously completed will be required at interview.

  • Knowledge of detailing, materials, finishes and construction methods.
  • Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD is necessary
  • Lumion modeling/rendering experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary is commensurate with experience. This is a full-time “exempt” position.
